Estamos em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) de Operações e Processos de TI para atuar na sustentação e governança de ambientes críticos, com foco em excelência operacional, continuidade de serviços e cumprimento de SLAs.

Este profissional será responsável por liderar equipes técnicas multidisciplinares, coordenar operações em ambientes corporativos e de clientes e garantir a execução eficiente dos processos baseados em boas práticas ITIL.

Você terá atuação estratégica e operacional, com envolvimento direto em gestão de incidentes críticos, melhoria contínua e relacionamento com clientes, em um ambiente dinâmico e desafiador, com operações 24x7.

Principais responsabilidades

Liderança e gestão de equipes

Coordenar equipes de suporte e operações (N1, N2 e N3)

Atuar como referência técnica e operacional

Gerenciar crises e incidentes críticos como ponto focal de escalonamento

Desenvolver e engajar o time, promovendo excelência operacional

Operações de TI

Supervisionar ambientes críticos de infraestrutura em regime 24x7

Garantir cumprimento de SLAs, disponibilidade e desempenho

Coordenar tratamento de incidentes com NOC, Service Desk e especialistas

Monitorar proativamente eventos, riscos e indisponibilidades

Apoiar implantações, mudanças e contingências

Acompanhar indicadores como SLA, MTTR e produtividade

Gestão de processos (ITIL / ITSM / ITOM)

Coordenar processos de:Incidentes, Problemas, Mudanças e Eventos e configuração

Conduzir análises de causa raiz (RCA)

Padronizar e melhorar processos operacionais

Garantir documentação e base de conhecimento atualizadas

Apoiar gestão de ativos, configuração e mudanças em produção

Governança e melhoria contínua

Implementar melhorias baseadas em ITIL e PDCA

Identificar oportunidades de automação e otimização

Monitorar indicadores operacionais e NMS

Criar e acompanhar planos de ação

Reduzir incidentes recorrentes e elevar qualidade dos serviços

Elaborar relatórios e dashboards executivos

Relacionamento e comunicação

Atuar como interface entre clientes, fornecedores e times internos

Participar de reuniões operacionais e apresentações de resultados

Garantir comunicação clara entre stakeholders

Documentar incidentes, riscos e planos de ação

Experiência

+8 anos em operações de TI (preferencialmente ambientes críticos)

+5 anos com processos ITIL

Experiência com liderança de equipes técnicas

Vivência em operações 24x7

Experiência com ambientes complexos e múltiplos clientes

Certificações

Obrigatória: ITIL 4 CDS (ou equivalente)

Diferencial: HDI-SCM

Conhecimentos técnicos

Infraestrutura de TI (redes, servidores, storage, backup, virtualização)

Ferramentas ITSM (Jira Service Management, GLPI)

Monitoramento e observabilidade

Segurança da informação e continuidade operacional

Análise de problemas e troubleshooting

Modelo: híbrido e atuação presencial em clientes

Local: Vitória/ES e região, com atuação remota conforme necessidade
