Especialista SAP S/4HANA foco em Qualidade Responsabilidades:

Atuar como principal aliado e como consultor do líder de negócio da Workstream do Projeto, zelando pelos princípios do programa (clean core / back to standard), enquanto realiza as entregas necessárias para a operação da Workstream de sua responsabilidade no novo SAP S/4 e nos Legados;

Atuar como advisory para os SME’s de sua equipe técnica da Workstream, compartilhando conhecimento e melhores práticas em projetos de implementação SAP;

Suportar na avaliação dos gaps identificados e benefícios, sempre considerando o Trade Off entre implementar a solução Standard, customizar ou adquirir produto/serviço especialista, sob a perceptiva de negócios;

Colaborar com equipes de desenvolvimento e de negócio para resolver problemas técnicos e solucionar desafios complexos de TI com base em sua experiência SAP;

Assegurar qualidade e a integridade das soluções implementadas;

Zelar pela evolução, estabilidade e segurança da solução SAP S4HANA, incluindo as soluções implementadas, integrações, perfis de acesso, carga de dados, entre outros;

Garantir a documentação dos procedimentos técnicos, configurações e diretrizes de administração do sistema;

Suportar os times de gestão de mudanças na criação de guias, FAQs, manuais de usuários e outros no que tange à tecnologia, facilitando a comunicação e capacitação dos usuários finais; Manter-se atualizado com as últimas tendências e inovações tecnológicas da SAP.

Requisitos:

Graduação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Sistemas de Informação ou área relacionada.

Experiência em mais que um projeto de implementação de SAP S/4HANA, preferencialmente em projetos greenfield de migração de um ECC altamente customizado para o SAP S/4HANA e na indústria farmacêutica;

Habilidade para gerenciar projetos complexos e trabalhar em ambientes de alta pressão

Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, liderança e resolução de problemas.

Fluência em inglês técnico (leitura, escrita e conversação).

Desejável:

Certificações SAP de tecnologia, e certificações relacionadas à Workstream;

Experiência com soluções de nuvem e entendimento de conceitos de infraestrutura como serviço (IaaS).

Experiência com soluções/plataformas especialistas de suporte à workstream

Conhecimento em automação e scripts para otimização de tarefas administrativas;

Conhecimento em ferramentas LIMS Qualificações adicionais para essa frente

Qualidade Certificação SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Quality Management);

Certificação em Gestão da Qualidade (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.) ;

Profundo entendimento dos processos de Controle de Qualidade (Quality Control), Inspeção de Materiais (Material Inspection), e Gestão de Não Conformidades (Non-Conformance Management);

Experiência com processos de Auditorias de Qualidade (Quality Audits) e Conformidade Regulatória (Regulatory Compliance);

Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise de qualidade e melhoria contínua; Familiaridade com Gestão de Reclamações (Complaint Management)
