Responsabilidades e atribuições

Interagir com o cliente, conhecendo profundamente as suas necessidades; gerenciar o resultado da conta; traduzir em ações as necessidades dos clientes. Fazer o planejamento, escrever os textos, orientar a execução das propostas, administrar a relação com o cliente.

Prospecção do cliente

Visita de identificação de infraestrutura e tipo de negócio do cliente;

Identificação das oportunidades de negócios e apresentação do portfólio;

Participa do planejamento de projeto;

Elabora a proposta;

Apresentação ao cliente e acompanhamento;

Fechamento do contrato;

Acompanhamento dos processos de ativação;

Pós-venda enquanto o cliente estiver ativo na base;

Discutir estratégias de venda e cumprimento das metas estabelecidas.

Realizar as atividades comerciais visando o bom desempenho nos procedimentos comerciais.

Requisitos e qualificações

Experiência sólida com serviços de tecnologia;

Ensino Superior em áreas relacionadas (Administração, Tecnologia da Informação, Marketing e entre outras);

Experiência em vendas B2B (business-to-business)e prospecção do cliente;

Conhecimento em CRM e ferramentas de automação de vendas;
