Gerente de Tecnologia (Projetos SAP)

Nosso cliente na área industrial busca um Gerente de Tecnologia com forte experiência em projetos SAP para liderar a evolução do ambiente tecnológico e sustentar a estratégia de crescimento global da companhia.

Esta posição terá papel fundamental na integração entre tecnologia e negócio, garantindo eficiência operacional, inovação e robustez dos sistemas que suportam as operações industriais e comerciais.

Visão da função

O profissional será responsável por liderar a área de Tecnologia, assegurando a entrega de soluções escaláveis, seguras e alinhadas às necessidades organizacionais. A atuação envolve desde a gestão de equipes e fornecedores até a condução de iniciativas estruturantes em ERP, dados e transformação digital.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Liderar a área de Tecnologia, promovendo desenvolvimento do time e alta performance operacional
  • Gerir e evoluir o ecossistema de sistemas corporativos, com ênfase em ambientes SAP e suas integrações
  • Conduzir projetos de implantação, melhoria e sustentação de soluções SAP, garantindo aderência às necessidades do negócio
  • Assegurar a estabilidade e a evolução da infraestrutura tecnológica, incluindo ambientes híbridos (on-premise e cloud)
  • Estruturar práticas de governança de TI, segurança da informação e continuidade dos serviços
  • Estabelecer e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da área, garantindo qualidade e eficiência nas entregas
  • Atuar próximo às áreas de negócio, traduzindo demandas em soluções tecnológicas viáveis e de alto impacto
  • Liderar iniciativas relacionadas a dados, analytics e digitalização de processos
  • Gerenciar contratos, parceiros e fornecedores de tecnologia, assegurando níveis de serviço e entrega de valor
  • Definir e executar o planejamento estratégico de Tecnologia, alinhado às prioridades corporativas

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Ensino superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Sistemas ou áreas correlatas
  • Pós-graduação ou MBA será considerado diferencial relevante
  • Inglês avançado ou fluente
  • Experiência consolidada em gestão de equipes e liderança de áreas de Tecnologia
  • Vivência prática em projetos SAP (implementação, rollout, melhorias ou sustentação), preferencialmente em ambientes industriais ou de cadeia produtiva
  • Conhecimento em arquitetura de sistemas, integrações e processos corporativos
  • Experiência com ambientes de infraestrutura híbrida e gestão de serviços de TI
  • Capacidade de conduzir iniciativas estratégicas, com visão orientada a resultados
  • Vivência em gestão orçamentária e planejamento da área

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com SAP S/4HANA
  • Conhecimento em dados, BI ou analytics aplicados ao negócio
  • Atuação em empresas com operações industriais
  • Familiaridade com práticas de transformação digital e automação de processos
