Buscamos um(a) Atendente de Confeitaria para atuar presencialmente em uma loja acolhedora, com produtos artesanais e foco total na experiência do cliente. Você será parte essencial do dia a dia da operação, garantindo um atendimento gentil, ágil e bem organizado.

  • Atender clientes presencialmente e via redes sociais/WhatsApp
  • Receber, registrar e organizar pedidos no sistema
  • Operar o caixa com atenção e responsabilidade
  • Apoiar na organização da loja e exposição dos produtos
  • Auxiliar na embalagem e entrega de pedidos, quando necessário
  • Passar orçamentos e esclarecer dúvidas dos clientes
  • Colaborar com a equipe para manter o ambiente limpo e agradável

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Ensino médio completo
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho 100% presencial
  • Facilidade com números e rotina de caixa
  • Boa comunicação e postura voltada ao atendimento ao cliente
  • Organização, atenção a detalhes e vontade de aprender
  • Conhecimento de japonês para atendimento ao público

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência anterior em atendimento ao cliente (loja, restaurante, cafeteria, confeitaria etc.)
  • Vivência com atendimento via WhatsApp e redes sociais
