Buscamos alguém cuidadoso, ágil e comprometido com qualidade para atuar em nossa cozinha de produção, garantindo padrão, organização e segurança alimentar.

  • Auxiliar no preparo de massas, recheios, coberturas e caldas conforme fichas técnicas.
  • Pesar e separar ingredientes seguindo receitas padronizadas.
  • Operar batedeiras, fornos e demais equipamentos de cozinha.
  • Cortar, rechear, montar e auxiliar na decoração de bolos e doces.
  • Embalar e etiquetar produtos finalizados conforme padrão da marca.
  • Organizar e higienizar utensílios, equipamentos e área de produção.
  • Apoiar no controle de validade, armazenamento e estoque de insumos.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Ensino Fundamental completo (desejável Ensino Médio).
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em regime CLT.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em pé por períodos prolongados.
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e cuidado com higiene.
  • Agilidade e capacidade de atuar sob pressão em alta demanda.
  • Comprometimento com prazos e padrão de qualidade.
  • Facilidade para trabalho em equipe e boa comunicação.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência prévia em cozinha, confeitaria ou produção de alimentos.
  • Curso de manipulação de alimentos.
  • Vivência com boas práticas de fabricação (BPF).
  • Proatividade para sugerir melhorias em processos e organização.
