Wozu brauchen wir diese Stelle?

Du sorgst dafür, dass Compliance bei ZUFALL verständlich, praktikabel und wirksam ist. Gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung und unseren Fachbereichen entwickelst Du Strukturen weiter, schaffst Transparenz und unterstützt uns dabei, verantwortungsvoll zu handeln.

Wie gestaltest du diese Stelle?

  • Gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung entwickelst Du unser Compliance-Management-System weiter.
  • Du identifizierst, bewertest und überwachst Compliance-Risiken.
  • Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende berätst Du zu Compliance-Fragen und unterstützt die Fachbereiche bei der Umsetzung gesetzlicher, regulatorischer und interner Anforderungen.
  • Du entwickelst Richtlinien, Prozesse und Standards weiter und sorgst für deren praxisnahe Verankerung.
  • Hinweise auf mögliche Regelverstöße bearbeitest Du vertraulich und begleitest die Nachverfolgung geeigneter Maßnahmen.
  • Schulungen und Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen planst und führst Du eigenständig durch.
  • Du stärkst eine offene Compliance- und Speak-Up-Kultur im Unternehmen.
  • Gesetzliche und regulatorische Entwicklungen behältst Du im Blick, pflegst das Rechtskataster und leitest Handlungsbedarfe ab.
  • Risikoanalysen und Audits führst Du durch und erstellst Berichte für die Geschäftsführung.
  • Compliance-Themen wie Korruptions- und Betrugsprävention, Geldwäsche, Lieferkettensorgfalt, Datenschutz, Exportkontrolle und Zoll-Compliance begleitest Du gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen.

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem kaufmännischen Beruf.
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Compliance, Risikomanagement, Revision, Governance oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld.
  • Kenntnisse regulatorischer Anforderungen sowie von Compliance-Management-Systemen.
  • Eine Qualifizierung im Bereich Compliance ist von Vorteil.
  • Kenntnisse im Risikomanagement und internen Kontrollsystemen.
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
  • Hohe Integrität, Vertrauenswürdigkeit und ein souveräner Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und ein sicheres Auftreten.
