Wozu brauchen wir diese Stelle?

Als Tender Manager:in Landverkehre übernimmst du die zentrale Verantwortung für die Steuerung und Bearbeitung nationaler sowie internationaler Transportausschreibungen. Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Bereichen (u.a. Vertrieb, Operations) und trägst maßgeblich zur erfolgreichen Geschäftsentwicklung unseres Unternehmens bei.

Wie gestaltest du diese Stelle?

  • Eigenständige Analyse, Steuerung und Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen (RFI, RFQ, RFP) im Bereich nationaler und internationaler Landverkehre
  • Entwicklung wettbewerbsfähiger Transportkonzepte für Neu- und Bestandskunden
  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen, Preisstrategien und Business Cases
  • Abstimmung mit Niederlassungen und operativen Fachbereichen
  • Verhandlung von Preisen, Konditionen und Leistungsvereinbarungen mit Kunden und ggfs. Dienstleistern
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Präsentationen, Verhandlungen und Kundenworkshops
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Tender-Prozessen, Standards und KPIs
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen innerhalb bestehender Ausschreibungs- und Kalkulationsprozesse

Das solltest du mitbringen:

Fachliche Anforderungen

  • Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Transport- und Logistikbranche
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Tender Management, Vertriebsinnendienst oder Key Account Management innerhalb von Speditionen oder Logistikdienstleistern
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse im Bereich nationaler und internationaler Landverkehre (FTL, LTL, Stückgut, Netzwerkverkehre)
  • Ausgeprägte Erfahrung in der Kalkulation komplexer Transportlösungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Ausschreibungsplattformen und CRM-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel sowie analytischen Auswertungstools
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
