Principais Atividades:

  • Atender e qualificar leads interessados no RodoConta, compreendendo o perfil do transportador, sua operação, necessidades financeiras e potencial de relacionamento;
  • Desenvolver relacionamento consultivo com pequenas transportadoras, subcontratados e empresas do ecossistema logístico;
  • Apoiar a validação comercial do MVP do RodoConta, contribuindo com informações reais de mercado sobre dores, objeções, oportunidades e necessidades dos clientes;
  • Estruturar, organizar e acompanhar o funil comercial, desde o primeiro contato até ativação, relacionamento e expansão da carteira;
  • Realizar diagnóstico comercial e financeiro básico dos clientes, identificando oportunidades de oferta de conta, Pix, crédito, antecipação, serviços financeiros e futuras soluções bancárias;
  • Apoiar a definição de processos comerciais, cadências de atendimento, critérios de qualificação, etapas do funil e indicadores de acompanhamento;
  • Gerir a carteira de clientes PJ, mantendo relacionamento próximo, identificando novas oportunidades e acompanhando o uso das soluções oferecidas;
  • Atuar em conjunto com as áreas internas para traduzir as necessidades dos transportadores em melhorias de produto, processos e ofertas comerciais;
  • Mapear dores recorrentes do público-alvo, como fluxo de caixa, recebimentos, capital de giro, crédito, organização financeira, custos operacionais e relacionamento com contratantes;
  • Contribuir para a construção da proposta de valor do RodoConta para transportadores de pequeno porte;
  • Realizar visitas comerciais e reuniões presenciais ou remotas com clientes e potenciais clientes;
  • Acompanhar indicadores de performance comercial, incluindo leads atendidos, reuniões realizadas, propostas enviadas, clientes ativados, conversão, carteira ativa, volume transacionado e receita gerada;
  • Apoiar futuramente a prospecção ativa de novos clientes e parceiros, conforme maturidade do MVP e evolução da estratégia comercial;
  • Identificar oportunidades de monetização por meio de produtos financeiros, serviços bancários e soluções complementares;
  • Alimentar e manter atualizado o CRM/funil comercial, garantindo qualidade das informações e visibilidade da operação;
  • Atuar de forma prática, ágil e colaborativa, assumindo diferentes responsabilidades conforme a necessidade do projeto, especialmente por se tratar de uma operação em fase inicial de estruturação.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência prévia com atendimento comercial PF e PJ;
  • Experiência no mercado financeiro, cooperativas de crédito, bancos, fintechs, adquirência, crédito, seguros, meios de pagamento ou soluções financeiras;
  • Vivência com relacionamento comercial, gestão de carteira ou prospecção de clientes;
  • Conhecimento básico sobre produtos financeiros, como conta, Pix, crédito, capital de giro, antecipação, tarifas, relacionamento bancário e análise de perfil de cliente;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens e visitas comerciais;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Cascavel/PR;
  • Perfil comunicativo, proativo, resolutivo e com alta capacidade de adaptação.

  • Capacidade de diagnóstico de necessidades financeiras;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Negociação comercial;
  • Organização, disciplina e acompanhamento de rotina;
  • Visão prática de mercado e capacidade de gerar oportunidades;
  • Noções sobre transporte, logística, frete, transportadoras ou caminhoneiros serão diferenciais;

Formação:

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Gestão Financeira, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas.

Diferencial:

  • Certificações financeiras como CPA-10, CPA-20, CEA ou similares serão diferenciais.
