●Realizar atendimento aos clientes de forma presencial e online, assegurando um relacionamento próximo, consultivo e de alta qualidade.

●Gerenciar e atender a carteira de clientes da região previamente definida, garantindo cobertura comercial eficiente e alinhada às estratégias da empresa.

● Administrar, acompanhar e desenvolver a carteira de clientes, identificando oportunidades de expansão, novas demandas e níveis de satisfação.

●Elaborar, apresentar e acompanhar propostas comerciais para novos clientes e clientes ativos, realizando negociações e follow-ups até o fechamento.

● Registrar, atualizar e acompanhar todas as interações, oportunidades e negociações na plataforma de CRM, mantendo as informações organizadas e confiáveis.

● Ter disponibilidade para viagens, conforme as necessidades do negócio e demandas comerciais.

Obs.: Experiência na área de tecnologia em telefonia será um diferencial.
