Objetivo del Puesto: Visualizar, identificar y diseñar propuestas de soluciones tecnológicas multimarca e innovadoras, con base a su experiencia y entendimiento del mercado global en múltiples arquitecturas, que satisfagan las necesidades del cliente y los objetivos de regionalización e integración de la empresa. Así mismo, brindar apoyo en proyectos de alta complejidad, estratégicos y/o considerados como “big deals” por su monto de facturación. Requirements Objetivos del puesto: Visualizar, identificar y diseñar propuestas de soluciones tecnológicas multimarca e innovadoras, que respondan a la demanda del mercado regional, asegurando escalabilidad, seguridad y rendimiento. Definir la selección de tecnologías, productos y componentes adecuados para cada proyecto. Analizar tendencias del mercado, fabricantes, competidores y tecnologías emergentes para identificar oportunidades de innovación y diferenciación comercial. Revisar y validar las propuestas multimarca y de integración tecnológica realizadas por el equipo de preventas para garantizar que sean factibles, coherentes y alineadas con la arquitectura validada por los Fabricantes. Esto en atención de la complejidad o criticidad del proyecto asignado al preventa. Actuar como asesor estratégico de transformación digital, ayudando a los clientes a definir hojas de ruta tecnológicas alineadas con sus objetivos de negocio Asistir a reuniones con clientes junto con el equipo de preventas para aportar experiencia técnica y resolver dudas complejas. Así mismo, explicar en detalle las arquitecturas de solución, beneficios y ventajas técnicas. Asistir al departamento comercial con presentaciones y visitas a clientes, desarrollo de pruebas de concepto, presentaciones, entre otros que sean requeridos. Elaboración de documentación técnica tales como diagramas, especificaciones y documentos que respalden las propuestas comerciales y sean útiles para la fase de implementación. Colaborar en la creación de propuestas técnicas para licitaciones y concursos públicos o privados, asegurando que la oferta sea técnicamente sólida. Apoyar con la capacitación interna de la empresa, mediante presentaciones sobre las soluciones de su arquitectura o especialidad. Realizar procesos de investigación, capacitación, certificación o de prueba que sean requeridas para aumentar su dominio de los servicios y productos tecnológicos que representa la compañía. Requisitos: Mas de 5 años de experiencia en puestos similares Bachillerato (deseable Licenciatura o posgrado) universitaria en Ingeniería en Telemática o carrera afín. Preferiblemente con certificaciones de Cisco, Fortinet, DEll, etc. Manejo de principios de Inteligencia Artificial, Arquitectura Empresarial, innovación y transformación digital, normas/cumplimiento y tendencias de la Industria.
