Buscamos un Ingeniero Senior de Redes e Infraestructura (Nivel 3) que sea el referente técnico del equipo en situaciones críticas. Será clave en la continuidad operativa, la evolución tecnológica y la transformación de infraestructuras empresariales de misión crítica, como líder técnico capaz de diseñar soluciones, transformar infraestructuras y elevar el nivel del equipo. Responsabilidades principales: Resolver incidentes de alta complejidad que requieren experiencia, criterio y análisis avanzado. Liderar diagnósticos, troubleshooting y análisis de causa raíz (RCA) en entornos empresariales. Diseñar e implementar soluciones avanzadas de networking, conectividad, seguridad e infraestructura. Participar en proyectos estratégicos de migración, modernización y transformación tecnológica. Trabajar con fabricantes líderes y tecnologías de clase empresarial. Ser mentor y referente técnico para ingenieros N1 y N2. Impulsar estándares, buenas prácticas, documentación y mejora continua. Atender intervenciones críticas y ventanas de mantenimiento programadas. Requirements Requisitos indispensables: Más de 10 años de experiencia en redes e infraestructura empresarial. Formación en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones, Informática o afines. Certificación Cisco CCNP vigente. Dominio avanzado de Routing, Switching, TCP/IP y troubleshooting de nivel experto. Experiencia comprobable en resolución de incidentes críticos, implementación y migración de infraestructuras. Experiencia en ambientes empresariales de alta disponibilidad. Capacidad de liderazgo técnico, análisis de causa raíz y toma de decisiones bajo presión. Disponibilidad para intervenciones críticas y ventanas de mantenimiento. Deseables (no es necesario dominarlos todos): Networking y Data Center: CCNP Enterprise, CCIE, ENCOR, ENARSI, Cisco Nexus, ACI, SD-WAN, Wireless y Meraki avanzado. Ciberseguridad y conectividad segura: Cisco Security, Palo Alto Networks, VPN, XDR y SASE. Cloud y virtualización: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) y Hyper-V. Automatización y Application Delivery: Cisco DevNet Associate, automatización de redes y F5. Habilidades blandas: Autonomía y pensamiento analítico. Comunicación efectiva y orientación al cliente. Sentido de urgencia. Capacidad de transformar situaciones críticas en soluciones sostenibles.
