En Fusionet estamos buscando incorporar a una persona Senior en ventas de tecnología empresarial, con experiencia comprobada desarrollando oportunidades de Data Center e infraestructura. Esta posición tendrá un rol clave en el crecimiento regional de Fusionet, atendiendo los mercados de Costa Rica, Guatemala y Honduras. ¿A quién buscamos? Un perfil comercial Senior, consultivo, estratégico y con fuerte orientación a resultados, acostumbrado a trabajar con clientes Enterprise y a desarrollar negocios de alto valor. Queremos una persona que no espere las oportunidades: que tenga la capacidad de identificarlas, crearlas, desarrollarlas y llevarlas hasta el cierre. Responsabilidades principales: • Desarrollar el negocio de Dell Technologies en Costa Rica, Guatemala y Honduras. • Construir y administrar un pipeline regional sólido. • Prospectar y desarrollar nuevas cuentas Enterprise. • Identificar oportunidades dentro de clientes existentes. • Liderar procesos comerciales de soluciones de Data Center e infraestructura empresarial. • Desarrollar relaciones con CIOs, CTOs, líderes de TI y tomadores de decisión. • Trabajar en conjunto con Preventa, Dell Technologies y los equipos comerciales de Fusionet. • Gestionar forecast, oportunidades, metas y cierres comerciales. • Participar en la construcción del Go-to-Market de la nueva unidad regional. El perfil que buscamos: • Experiencia senior en ventas B2B de tecnología, idealmente 5+ años en mercado Enterprise. • Experiencia comprobada vendiendo soluciones de Data Center, servidores, storage, infraestructura o soluciones empresariales complejas. • Conocimiento del ecosistema de fabricantes e integradores tecnológicos. • Experiencia manejando ciclos de venta consultiva y negocios de alto valor. • Capacidad demostrada para generar pipeline y desarrollar mercado, no únicamente administrar cuentas existentes. • Excelente relacionamiento ejecutivo y habilidades de negociación. • Experiencia trabajando con metas, forecast y KPIs comerciales. • Disponibilidad para viajar regionalmente. Será altamente valorado: Experiencia previa comercializando soluciones de Dell Technologies o de fabricantes relevantes del mercado de infraestructura y Data Center, así como una red de contactos activa dentro del segmento Enterprise de Centroamérica.
