1. 全日制本科以上，质量管理工程/通信/电子/电气/机械/机电/材料 等专业 2. 3年以上质量管理工作经验，熟悉常用的质量管理工具； 3. 熟练运用各类质量管理工具，QC手法、6sigma管理、8D分析、五大工具等 4. 具备良好的判断力和决策能力，具有较强的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神，能够吃苦耐劳。
