Estamos em busca de um 🌟 Business Development Representative (BDR) 🌟 para nos ajudar a expandir nossa base de clientes em diversos novos segmentos, todos eles relacionados ao segmento financeiro, desde subadquirentes, instituições de pagamento, participantes do PIX, corretoras e outros.

Se você tem experiência nesses setores e se sente confortável em gerenciar contatos e prospecção, queremos conhecer você!

📌 Responsabilidades

🔍 Identificar e gerar novas oportunidades de negócios por meio de vendas outbound (LinkedIn, e-mail, chamadas, WhatsApp, etc.).

🤝 Colaborar com o time para executar novas estratégias comerciais, gerar insights e propor melhorias.

📈 Usar HubSpot e ferramentas de automação de vendas para gerenciar contas e pipeline.

⚡ Adaptar-se rapidamente e assumir responsabilidades em um ambiente dinâmico e em crescimento.

✅ Buscamos alguém que…

💼 Tenha mais de 2 anos de experiência em vendas, com histórico comprovado em startups.

🚀 Tenha trabalhado em startups em crescimento, idealmente de 20 a 200 funcionários.

🧑‍💻 Consiga se comunicar em inglês e espanhol para reuniões internas com nosso time global.

🧠 Seja capaz de prosperar em um ambiente dinâmico e acelerado, com baixa estrutura organizacional.

💸 Remuneração generosa em dinheiro e ações.

💰 Salário fixo + % de comissão sobre o valor total anual do contrato (sem limite). 🚀

⏳ Opção de exercício de ações por até 7 anos após a saída (em vez de 90 dias padrão).
