O que você fará?

• Implementação Técnica: Liderar a integração técnica de nossos produtos com os sistemas dos clientes, garantindo uma implementação ágil e sem fricções.

• Suporte ao Cliente: Ser o ponto de contato principal para resolver dúvidas técnicas e funcionais, oferecendo soluções rápidas e eficazes.

• Identificação de Oportunidades Comerciais: Ter a habilidade de identificar novas necessidades dos clientes que possam se traduzir em vendas adicionais.

• Treinamento e Capacitação: Ajudar os clientes a entender e aproveitar ao máximo nossas ferramentas, criando materiais e guias quando necessário.

• Otimização de Processos: Trabalhar junto com nossa equipe para propor melhorias nos fluxos de implementação e suporte, garantindo a satisfação do cliente.

O que você precisa?

• Experiência em Implementações Técnicas: Mais de 3 anos implementando soluções tecnológicas para clientes em setores como fintech, bancos ou tecnologia.

• Habilidades Comerciais: Capacidade de detectar necessidades e convertê-las em oportunidades de negócio.

• Conhecimentos Técnicos: Familiaridade com API REST e integrações em plataformas SaaS.

• Orientação ao Cliente: Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, capacidade de resolver problemas e lidar com situações complexas.

• Proatividade e Agilidade: Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplos projetos ao mesmo tempo e se adaptar rapidamente a novas situações.
