📌 Responsabilidades

🔍 Identificar y generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio a través de ventas outbound (LinkedIn, e-mail, llamadas, WhatsApp, etc.).

🤝 Colaborar con el equipo para ejecutar nuevas estrategias comerciales, generar insights y proponer mejoras.

📈 Utilizar HubSpot y herramientas de automatización de ventas para gestionar cuentas y pipeline.

⚡ Adaptarse rápidamente y asumir responsabilidades en un entorno dinámico y en crecimiento.

✅ Buscamos a alguien que…

💼 Tenga más de 2 años de experiencia en ventas, con un historial comprobado en startups.

🚀 Haya trabajado en startups en crecimiento, idealmente de 20 a 200 empleados.

🧑‍💻 Pueda comunicarse en inglés y español en reuniones internas con nuestro equipo global.

🧠 Pueda prosperar en un entorno dinámico y acelerado, con baja estructura organizativa.

🎁 Lo que ofrecemos

💸 Compensación generosa en efectivo y acciones.

💰 Salario base + % de comisión sobre el valor total anual del contrato (sin límite). 🚀

⏳ Opción de ejercicio de acciones por hasta 7 años después de la salida (en lugar de los 90 días estándar).

🎉 Posibilidad de ejercer todas las opciones de acciones, incluso las aún no adquiridas.

🌍 Aunque somos remotos, ofrecemos espacios de oficina en Retiro y San Isidro para quienes prefieren trabajar presencialmente o reunirse con clientes.
