Nous recherchons un(e) équipier(e) polyvalent(e) pour renforcer notre équipe dédiée aux étages de l'hôtel. Le poste consiste à maintenir un haut niveau de propreté et de confort pour nos clients, tout en répondant aux différentes demandes pour rendre leur séjour aussi agréable que possible.

Missions

Technique Métier

  • Assurer la propreté et l’entretien quotidien des chambres et des parties communes de l'hôtel (couloirs, espaces publics, etc.).
  • Réapprovisionner les chambres en produits d’accueil, linge, serviettes et autres fournitures nécessaires.
  • Respecter les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité en vigueur pour garantir un environnement sain.
  • Répondre aux besoins et aux demandes des clients, avec discrétion, courtoisie et efficacité.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe de la réception et les autres services de l’hôtel pour assurer la satisfaction des clients.
  • Vérifier le bon fonctionnement des équipements des chambres (éclairage, chauffage, climatisation, etc.) et signaler tout dysfonctionnement ou besoin de réparation.
  • Participer à des tâches ponctuelles selon les besoins du service, telles que le ménage dans d'autres zones de l'hôtel ou de petits travaux d'entretien.
