Pour renforcer son équipe, GERARD BERTRAND propose une offre de stage d’Assistant des Ventes (H/F) pour son site basé à Narbonne (11).

Sous la direction de la Responsable Administration des Ventes, vous effectuerez les misions suivantes :

  • Contribuer à l’administration des ventes France et Export : suivi de commandes, fiches produits clients, documents administratifs divers..
  • Assistanat commercial : organisation de visites et dégustations clients
  • Demandes d’envois d’échantillons sur France et Export : saisie des demandes, préparations des documents d’accompagnements
  • Mise à jour bases de données dans le cadre de développement projets transverses
