Nous nous appuyons sur une forte approche industrielle à dominante hors-site et fabriquons dans nos 8 usines françaises réparties sur l’ensemble du territoire les différents composants destinés à la construction des projets immobiliers que nous concevons puis les assemblons sur site.

Niwa, notre Siège Social, est situé à Toulouse et nous intervenons sur la France entière.

Quelles sont les missions d’un Approvisionneur.euse Travaux chez GA Smart Building ?

En tant qu’Approvisionneur.euse, vous assurez la gestion et le suivi des commandes / approvisionnements des responsables travaux et chefs de chantier et êtes rattaché.e au Directeur travaux au sein de l’entité GA Entreprise - service Travaux.

Vous prenez en charge, les tâches suivantes :

· Prospecter les fournisseurs capables de fournir la prestation demandée

· Sélectionner et choisir les fournisseurs

· Négocier les prix

· Surveiller les délais de livraison et relance les fournisseurs en cas de besoin

· Réaliser le suivi des réceptions avec les équipes de production

· Réaliser les remontées des historiques de prix du magasin et des transports

· Assurer le suivi de la gestion des écarts commandes, réceptions factures

· Effectuer un historique et analyse les commandes matières

· Enregistrer et analyser les commandes de transport

· Effectuer un suivi de l’évolution des prix

· Réaliser le traitement et suivi des commandes

· Mettre à jour les prix sur le logiciel IFS

· Réaliser un suivi des tableaux (synthèses appro, délais, suivi des prix, tendances, indicateurs, notation fournisseurs…)

Cette liste des tâches n’est pas exhaustive et peut évoluer en fonction des besoins de l’équipe.

Votre profil :

· Vous êtes diplômé.e d’un BTS ou DUT orienté logistique et approvisionnement ;

· Vous justifiez de minimum 3 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire, une expérience dans le secteur du BTP est un plus ;

· Vous disposez d’une maitrise des outils bureautiques ;

· Vous possédez une excellente maîtrise de la communication orale et écrite ainsi qu’un sens aigu du service client, de l’organisation, et sens de la rigueur ;

· Autonome, dynamique, compréhensif.ve, réactif.ve et fiable, vous êtes force de proposition et disposez de qualités relationnelles afin de répondre aux demandes internes et externes.
