Nous nous appuyons sur une forte approche industrielle à dominante hors-site et fabriquons dans nos 8 usines françaises réparties sur l’ensemble du territoire les différents composants destinés à la construction des projets immobiliers que nous concevons puis les assemblons sur site.

Niwa, notre Siège Social, est situé à Toulouse et nous intervenons sur la France entière.

Poste

Nous recherchons un.e acheteur.euse corps d’état techniques, aimant les défis, l’aventure et les challenges à relever avec une vision positive et novatrice du monde des achats dans la construction.

Ce poste est basé à Niwa, notre Siège Social, situé à Toulouse.

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Achats, il.elle aura pour principales missions :

  • Réaliser une analyse marché afin de proposer une stratégie et une feuille de route sur les différentes familles confiées.
  • Constituer et structurer un sourcing adapté aux besoins de l’Entreprise : audit, sélection et référencement des fournisseurs et sous-traitants les plus compétents (proximité, coûts, disponibilités, qualité de la prestation, RSE).
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes de conception internes, de manière à disposer de dossiers de consultation directement utilisables.
  • Consulter, massifier, négocier et contractualiser l’achat des corps d’état techniques sur la base des dossiers fournis par le bureau d’études interne et en collaboration avec ce dernier.
  • Inscrire les actions menées dans la politique globale d’achats responsables du Groupe.

Cette liste est non exhaustive et pourra évoluer en fonction des besoins de l'équipe.

Profil recherché

Formation académique

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme d’école d'ingénieurs généraliste (ENSAM, ICAM...) ou spécialisé dans le secteur de la construction (ESTP, INSA, ESITC…) avec idéalement une spécialisation en achats, ou d’une école de commerce.
  • Ou vous êtes issu.e d’une formation supérieure bac +2 à bac +4 (BTS, DUT, licence professionnelle, master 1) en achats ou dans une des spécialités de la construction : études de prix, études techniques, maintenance industrielle ou en conduite de travaux.

Expérience professionnelle

  • Vous disposez d'une expérience d’au moins 5 ans en achats, travaux ou études sur un portefeuille corps d’état techniques.
  • Vous disposez de solides connaissances en corps d’état techniques et en bâtiment.
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance des entreprises spécialisées dans le bâtiment et plus particulièrement dans les corps d’état techniques.

Savoir-être et autres compétences

  • Vous êtes pragmatique, rigoureux.se, réactive, curieux.se et avez le sens des affaires et de la négociation.
