Nous vous proposons ce poste en CDI au sein de notre Usine de préfabrication béton située à Labège, à proximité de Toulouse.

Concepteur, constructeur, promoteur et gestionnaire, GA Smart Building propose des solutions smart, design et connectées.

Nous nous appuyons sur une forte approche industrielle et fabriquons dans nos 8 usines françaises réparties sur l’ensemble du territoire, les différents composants destinés à la construction des projets immobiliers que nous concevons puis les assemblons sur site.

Votre mission

Dans le cadre d’un remplacement de poste, nous recherchons notre nouveau.elle chef.fe d’équipe menuiserie de l’usine PREGA située à Labège (préfabrication bétons armés et précontraints), vous reportez au Responsable Coffrage.

En tant que Chef.fe d’équipe Menuiserie, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Vous gérez le processus menuiserie : Créer les coffrages en tous types de matériaux, mais principalement en bois Concevoir et tracer les sous-éléments constituant un coffrage Suivre des objectifs de production des ateliers & des lignes de fabrication Contrôler le processus de fabrication Respecter les normes de sécurité et de qualité du processus menuiserie Gère le stock de matériel et consommables nécessaires au poste menuiserie
  • Manager les équipes Informer, animer et coordonner l’équipe Identifier, valoriser et développer les compétences de votre équipe

Et si c’était le début d’une aventure commune ?

  • Vous êtes diplômé.e d’un Bac Pro dans les domaines de la construction, charpente bois ou métal, ou expérience terrain.
  • Vous disposez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire et en management d’équipe de coffrage et êtes expert.e sur votre métier
  • Vous faites preuve de minutie, de rigueur, d’un bon esprit d’équipe et êtes soucieux.se en matière de sécurité ? Vous êtes dynamique, autonome et disposez d’un bon relationnel ?
