Nous nous appuyons sur une forte approche industrielle à dominante hors-site et fabriquons dans nos 8 usines françaises réparties sur l’ensemble du territoire les différents composants destinés à la construction des projets immobiliers que nous concevons puis les assemblons sur site.

Niwa, notre Siège Social, est situé à Toulouse et nous intervenons sur la France entière.

Votre mission

Dans le cadre d’une réorganisation de notre usine PREGA située à Sainte-Croix-En-Plaine, nous recrutons un.e responsable des opérations, dont le rôle est d’assurer la supervision de la production. Véritable encadrant, vous assurez un dialogue continu avec le Directeur de l’usine, dont vous dépendez, afin de piloter efficacement l’activité. Vous êtes le garant de l’application des process afin de satisfaire la qualité ciblée.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

₋ Garantie du respect des règles de sécurité en vigueur dans l’entreprise : encadrement de la sécurité, animation des quarts d’heures sécurité ;

₋ Organisation et planification de l’activité des compagnons et des encadrants au sein du pôle production préfabrication d’éléments en béton armé ou précontraint (poteaux, poutres, murs, prédalles, escaliers, etc.) ;

₋ Déclaration de la fabrication dans le logiciel interne Armaor : veille de l’application rigoureuse du planning, suivi et formalisation ;

₋ Cadrage et affectation des ressources humaines définies par le budget de production ;

₋ Accompagnement à la transformation capacitaire et organisationnelle du site ;

₋ Prise en charge du traitement de modes opératoires ou problématiques spécifiques ;

₋ Suivi des demandes d’intervention maintenance ;

₋ Gestion des arrivées des plans et des indices, échange technique et correction des plans BE externe.

Cette liste des missions est non-exhaustive et pourra évoluer en fonction des besoins de l’activité.

Et si c’était le début d’une aventure commune ?

  • Vous êtes diplômé.e d’un Bac +2 (BTS, DUT) ou plus, dans le domaine du bâtiment ou des TP ;
  • Vous disposez d’au moins 10 ans d’expérience sur un poste de pilotage, de supervision de production, un poste en conduite de travaux par exemple, et avez une grande expertise de votre métier ;
  • Vous êtes reconnu.e pour vos compétences managériales, votre animation d’équipe et êtes force de proposition ;
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d’autonomie, et êtes soucieux.euse en matière de sécurité.
