Gatesource HR Caraïbes recherche pour un client un(e) Chef de Projet Développement H/F Vous souhaitez jouer un rôle clé dans la transformation digitale d’un groupe en pleine expansion ? Rejoignez une Holding en tant que Chef(fe) de Projet Développement et pilotez des projets stratégiques à fort impact ! Vos missions : Gestion de projet Piloter les projets de dématérialisation des processus internes Assurer le suivi et la maintenance des solutions en production Déployer les projets en cours et préparer les initiatives futures Conduite du changement Analyser les besoins des utilisateurs (Holding et filiales) Rédiger les cahiers des charges et spécifications techniques Animer des réunions et coordonner les parties prenantes Accompagner les utilisateurs et concevoir des supports de formation Pilotage technique et fonctionnel Évaluer et sélectionner les solutions (technologies, fournisseurs) Concevoir et développer des applications et outils digitaux Réaliser des POC, tests techniques et fonctionnels Planifier, déployer et suivre les solutions mises en place Assurer la maintenance évolutive et corrective des outils existants Suivi et Amélioration continue Assurer un reporting régulier des activités Mener une veille technologique et optimiser les processus Requirements Diplômé(e) d’un Bac+5 (ingénierie ou commerce) Solide culture technique et passion pour la gestion de projet Capacité d’analyse, esprit de synthèse et sens de l’organisation Excellentes compétences relationnelles et rédactionnelles Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d’initiative Maîtrise du Pack Office 365
