Una plataforma internacional líder de inversión en el sector de recursos naturales busca incorporar un/a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) para apoyar el desarrollo de un portafolio de activos de gran escala en energía y minería en América Latina. Se trata de un rol de alto impacto en fase de construcción, ubicado en la intersección entre estrategia, desarrollo de proyectos y futuras operaciones. Esta posición ofrece una oportunidad única de estructurar las bases de capital humano de una organización en transición desde fases tempranas hacia la ejecución. El Rol Reportando al CEO, el/la CHRO será responsable de diseñar e implementar la estrategia integral de talento para acompañar el crecimiento de un portafolio complejo de proyectos. El rol requiere un/a líder con enfoque práctico, capaz de construir organizaciones desde cero en entornos desafiantes y dinámicos, trabajando estrechamente con la alta dirección, accionistas y stakeholders clave. Responsabilidades Clave Diseñar e implementar la estructura organizativa alineada con el desarrollo de proyectos y futuras operaciones Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de fuerza laboral desde fases tempranas hasta el escalamiento operativo Liderar la atracción y selección de talento clave, incluyendo perfiles ejecutivos y técnicos (locales e internacionales) Desarrollar capacidades de liderazgo y promover una cultura de alto desempeño orientada a la ejecución Diseñar esquemas de compensación, incentivos y retención adaptados a un entorno de mercado complejo Establecer marcos de gobernanza de RRHH, políticas y cumplimiento alineados con la normativa local y estándares internacionales Apoyar estrategias de localización de talento e interacción con entidades gubernamentales e institucionales Actuar como socio estratégico del CEO y del equipo ejecutivo en temas de organización y desarrollo de capacidades Requirements Más de 15 años de experiencia progresiva en Recursos Humanos, incluyendo posiciones ejecutivas (CHRO / Director/a de RRHH / VP HR) Experiencia en sectores como recursos naturales, energía, minería, infraestructura o entornos industriales complejos Trayectoria demostrada en la construcción de organizaciones en fases tempranas, de alto crecimiento en América Latina Sólida experiencia en diseño organizativo, atracción de talento ejecutivo y planificación de fuerza laboral Experiencia en entornos complejos o de alto riesgo será altamente valorada Capacidad para interactuar a nivel de comité ejecutivo y consejo de administración Competencias Clave Visión estratégica con fuerte orientación a la ejecución Perfil “constructor/a” con enfoque práctico Alta resiliencia y adaptabilidad Excelentes habilidades de gestión de stakeholders e influencia Enfoque pragmático y orientado a soluciones Idiomas Español e inglés fluido (imprescindible)
