En GateSource HR buscamos a un(a) profesional de abastecimiento estratégico para una empresa agroindustrial. Gestionarás categorías de compra que incluyen materiales técnicos, repuestos, equipos y servicios, trabajando con las áreas de operación para asegurar suministro, calidad y costos competitivos. La posición combina análisis de datos, conocimiento técnico, desarrollo de proveedores y negociación. También presentarás recomendaciones y casos de negocio a los responsables de tomar decisiones. ¿Qué harás? Diseñar estrategias de compra para las categorías asignadas a partir del gasto, el consumo, la demanda y la criticidad de cada producto o servicio. Trabajar con mantenimiento, producción e ingeniería para revisar especificaciones, estandarizar materiales e identificar alternativas. Investigar mercados locales e internacionales, desarrollar nuevas fuentes de suministro y negociar directamente con fabricantes cuando aporte valor. Liderar cotizaciones y licitaciones, comparar ofertas bajo criterios equivalentes y evaluar el costo total de adquisición, incluidos logística, impuestos, garantías y riesgos. Negociar precios, condiciones de pago, plazos, niveles de servicio y contratos en coordinación con el área legal. Dar seguimiento a los acuerdos y medir ahorros implementados, desempeño de proveedores y continuidad del abastecimiento. Requirements Formación profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Eléctrica o Química; Administración, Economía, Comercio Internacional, Logística o carrera afín. De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en compras estratégicas, gestión de categorías, abastecimiento o negociación de contratos, preferiblemente en entornos industriales, agroindustriales o manufactureros. Experiencia comprando materiales técnicos, repuestos, equipos o servicios industriales. Capacidad para analizar gasto y propuestas comerciales, preparar casos de negocio y comunicar recomendaciones a la dirección. Manejo avanzado de Excel y experiencia con sistemas ERP o plataformas de compras. Conocimiento de procesos de licitación, Incoterms y compras nacionales e internacionales. Valoraremos la negociación directa con fabricantes, el inglés para tratar con proveedores internacionales y el manejo de Power BI. Benefits Looking to hire in Guatemala?
