En GateSource HR buscamos a un(a) profesional de reclutamiento para una empresa agroindustrial en Guatemala. Esta posición combina la cobertura de vacantes administrativas y profesionales con el desarrollo de fuentes de talento para las necesidades futuras del negocio. Trabajarás de cerca con líderes de distintas áreas para entender qué perfiles necesitan, conducir procesos de selección efectivos y mejorar la experiencia de los candidatos. Tus principales responsabilidades Gestionar búsquedas de personal administrativo, profesional y de coordinación o jefatura, priorizando las posiciones críticas. Definir perfiles y plazos con los líderes contratantes; realizar entrevistas por competencias y coordinar evaluaciones. Desarrollar alianzas con universidades e instituciones, programas de pasantías y otras fuentes de talento local. Crear iniciativas de atracción y marca empleadora para los distintos perfiles que requiere la operación. Dar seguimiento a los candidatos desde la postulación hasta su incorporación. Usar indicadores como tiempos de cobertura, efectividad de las fuentes y calidad de contratación para mejorar el proceso. Requirements Licenciatura en Psicología Industrial u Organizacional, Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín. Experiencia sólida en reclutamiento de personal administrativo y profesional, incluidos puestos de coordinación o jefatura. Experiencia con entrevistas por competencias, evaluación de candidatos, herramientas digitales de selección e indicadores de reclutamiento. Conocimiento de la legislación laboral guatemalteca. Capacidad para gestionar varias búsquedas a la vez y construir relaciones de confianza con líderes, candidatos y aliados externos. Disponibilidad para trabajar con base en Escuintla, y visitar otras sedes, universidades o ferias cuando el proceso lo requiera. Valoraremos la experiencia en agroindustria, manufactura u otros entornos operativos, así como el manejo de ATS, Excel y herramientas de análisis como Power BI. Benefits Looking to hire in Guatemala?
