Buscamos Coordinador(a) de Indicadores de Gestión responsable de monitorear, analizar y optimizar los indicadores clave de producción y costos de la operación minera. Esta posición reporta directamente al General Manager y actúa como punto central de control para asegurar que las metas de eficiencia operativa y rentabilidad se cumplan de manera consistente. Responsabilidades principales Diseñar, dar seguimiento y reportar KPIs de producción (rendimiento, eficiencia, tiempos de ciclo, calidad, utilización de recursos, entre otros). Monitorear y controlar los costos operativos, identificando desviaciones y proponiendo planes de acción correctivos. Elaborar reportes periódicos (diarios, semanales, mensuales) de rendimiento para el General Manager y otros stakeholders clave. Analizar tendencias de producción y costos para anticipar riesgos y oportunidades de mejora. Colaborar con los equipos de producción, calidad, finanzas y logística para alinear objetivos y asegurar la trazabilidad de los datos. Implementar y mantener herramientas o dashboards de seguimiento de indicadores (Excel, Power BI, ERP, u otros sistemas internos). Requirements Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Finanzas o carreras afines. Experiencia previa de 2-4 años en roles de control de gestión, performance, costos u operaciones. Manejo avanzado de Excel; deseable experiencia con Power BI, ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) u otras herramientas de análisis de datos. Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad de traducir datos en recomendaciones accionables. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para reportar a nivel gerencial. Orientación a resultados, proactividad y capacidad de trabajar bajo presión con múltiples prioridades. Experiencia en minería / construcción Benefits Looking to hire in Guatemala?
