Una destacada compañía del sector minero se encuentra en búsqueda de un Director de Proyecto altamente calificado para liderar la ejecución integral de un proyecto bajo modalidad EPC o EPCM. Esta posición clave representa una oportunidad única para profesionales con sólida experiencia en la gestión de grandes proyectos mineros y enfoque estratégico. El profesional seleccionado será responsable de representar al propietario del proyecto frente al contratista EPC/EPCM, asegurando el cumplimiento del contrato en cuanto a alcance, plazo, presupuesto, calidad, seguridad y sostenibilidad. Deberá liderar la planificación, el control integral y la coordinación técnica y estratégica del proyecto desde su fase de ejecución hasta la puesta en marcha. Principales responsabilidades: Supervisar la correcta ejecución del contrato EPC/EPCM, incluyendo la gestión de cambios, reclamos y cumplimiento de hitos. Implementar sistemas de control de proyectos (Project Controls), abarcando planificación, programación, costos y gestión de riesgos. Elaborar reportes ejecutivos que faciliten la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Coordinar e integrar equipos multidisciplinarios internos y externos (técnicos, legales, financieros, operativos). Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa legal, ambiental, regulatoria y corporativa. Liderar las actividades de pre-comisionado, comisionado y entrega a operaciones. Requirements Formación académica: Ingeniería Civil, de Minas, Mecánica, Industrial o carrera afín. Se valorará contar con MBA o posgrado en Gestión de Proyectos. Experiencia profesional: mínimo 10-15 años en la ejecución de proyectos mineros, con al menos 5 años en posiciones de liderazgo bajo modalidad EPC/EPCM. Conocimientos técnicos: dominio de herramientas como Primavera P6, MS Project, EcoSys, SAP u otras relacionadas con planificación y control de costos. Idiomas: español e inglés avanzado (oral y escrito). Competencias clave: liderazgo estratégico, habilidades de negociación, toma de decisiones bajo presión, orientación a resultados, y capacidad para gestionar equipos multidisciplinarios. Disponibilidad: total para viajes frecuentes y desplazamientos a terreno, según avance del proyecto.
