GateSource HR busca un Gerente de Montaje para una empresa especializada en proyectos de estructuras metálicas en Guatemala. Buscamos un profesional con criterio técnico, liderazgo y capacidad de ejecución para dirigir las operaciones de montaje, coordinar distintos frentes de trabajo y asegurar el cumplimiento de los compromisos de seguridad, calidad, plazo y costo. El puesto requiere presencia habitual en las obras de los clientes, con desplazamientos frecuentes a distintas regiones del país. Tu misión Liderar la ejecución de los proyectos de montaje, desde la planificación de recursos hasta la entrega de la obra, coordinando equipos, contratistas y áreas internas, y manteniendo una comunicación efectiva con cada cliente. Principales responsabilidades Planificar y coordinar los montajes: definir cronogramas, secuencias de trabajo y necesidades de personal, equipos y materiales. Liderar las operaciones en campo: dirigir cuadrillas, supervisores y subcontratistas, distribuyendo recursos entre los diferentes proyectos. Coordinar con Ingeniería, Fabricación y Logística la disponibilidad de estructuras, la programación de entregas y las maniobras de izaje. Supervisar el avance físico, los costos y la productividad; identificar desviaciones y ejecutar acciones correctivas. Asegurar el cumplimiento de planos, especificaciones técnicas y estándares de calidad, reduciendo reprocesos y tiempos improductivos. Velar por la seguridad en obra, especialmente durante las maniobras de izaje y los trabajos en altura. Gestionar la relación con los clientes y sus representantes: comunicar avances, atender requerimientos, documentar cambios de alcance y resolver incidencias hasta la entrega. Presentar a la Gerencia General indicadores de desempeño, riesgos y planes de acción. Requirements Formación universitaria en Ingeniería Civil, Mecánica, Industrial o carrera afín. Mínimo 5 años de experiencia liderando operaciones de montaje de estructuras metálicas. Experiencia comprobable en dirección de personal operativo, supervisores y contratistas. Capacidad para coordinar varios frentes de obra y administrar recursos según las prioridades de cada proyecto. Dominio de lectura e interpretación de planos, planificación de obra y control de costos. Conocimiento de maniobras de izaje, seguridad industrial y trabajos en altura. Experiencia gestionando clientes, negociando soluciones y comunicando avances y dificultades de forma clara. Disponibilidad para trabajar habitualmente en campo y viajar a proyectos en distintas regiones de Guatemala.
