The posting

Buscamos incorporar al equipo de nuetro cliente un Gerente de Planta de Producción para liderar sus operaciones industriales. La organización participa en proyectos comerciales, industriales, residenciales, institucionales y de infraestructura en Guatemala y Centroamérica. Objetivo del puesto Planificar, dirigir y controlar las operaciones de la planta, asegurando el cumplimiento de los programas de producción, estándares de calidad, costos, plazos de entrega y normas de seguridad industrial. Principales responsabilidades Planificar y dirigir la producción de acuerdo con los requerimientos de cada proyecto. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los programas de fabricación y plazos de entrega. Optimizar la capacidad instalada y el uso de maquinaria, materiales y personal. Controlar los costos de producción e identificar oportunidades de mejora. Reducir desperdicios, tiempos muertos, errores y reprocesos. Liderar al personal operativo y los equipos multidisciplinarios. Establecer y monitorear indicadores de producción, calidad, costos y productividad. Presentar resultados, desviaciones y planes de acción a la Gerencia General. Implementar iniciativas de Lean Manufacturing y mejora continua. Coordinar con ingeniería, planificación, calidad, mantenimiento y compras. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional. Requirements Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Civil o carrera relacionada. Mínimo cinco años de experiencia en posiciones gerenciales de producción, planta u operaciones. Experiencia liderando personal operativo y equipos multidisciplinarios. Dominio de planificación y control de producción, costos, indicadores operativos y calidad. Experiencia en mejora continua, optimización de procesos y Lean Manufacturing. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, resolver problemas y tomar decisiones. Disponibilidad para trabajar viajar cuando la operación lo requiera. Se valorará especialmente Experiencia en fabricación de estructuras metálicas, componentes para construcción o industrias relacionadas. Conocimiento de procesos de corte, armado, soldadura, acabado y fabricación. Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos técnicos. Conocimiento de normas de calidad aplicables a la producción industrial. Experiencia gestionando producción por proyectos y múltiples órdenes simultáneas.
