Estamos buscando un Ingeniero de Planificación Minera de Corto Plazo quien será responsable de desarrollar y mantener planes mineros ejecutables que contribuyan al cumplimiento seguro, eficiente y rentable de los objetivos de producción. Trabajará estrechamente con los equipos de Operaciones, Geología, Topografía, Geotecnia, Procesamiento y Mantenimiento para garantizar que los planes de producción estén alineados con el presupuesto, el plan de vida de mina y los estándares de seguridad de la compañía. Responsabilidades principales Desarrollar planes y programas de producción diarios, semanales, mensuales y trimestrales. Elaborar secuencias de minado, diseños operativos y planes de asignación de equipos. Monitorear el desempeño de la operación frente a los objetivos de producción y recomendar acciones correctivas. Optimizar los diseños y las secuencias de minado para mejorar la productividad, recuperación de mineral, control de dilución y costos. Identificar restricciones, riesgos y oportunidades que puedan afectar el cumplimiento del plan de producción. Preparar planes de perforación, voladura, carguío, acarreo y desarrollo, según corresponda. Mantener actualizados los diseños, programas, bases de datos y reportes de producción. Participar en reuniones diarias y semanales de producción, comunicando claramente las prioridades operativas. Requirements Título universitario en Ingeniería de Minas o carrera relacionada. 5+ años de experiencia en planificación minera o ingeniería de producción. Experiencia en planificación de corto plazo en operaciones mineras a cielo abierto o subterráneas. Conocimiento sólido de diseño de minas, programación de producción, perforación y voladura, productividad de equipos y control de leyes. Manejo de software de planificación minera como Deswik, Vulcan, Surpac, MinePlan o similares. Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel y herramientas de reporte de producción. Capacidad analítica, resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones. Habilidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios y personal operativo.
