The posting

We are recruiting a Project Director to lead the development and execution of gold tailings retreatment facilities. Key Responsibilities : Lead development and construction of gold tailings processing plants. Manage engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors. Oversee project schedule, CAPEX, and commissioning. Coordinate tailings re-mining, processing, and deposition systems. Manage site operations during ramp-up. Ensure compliance with environmental and mining regulations. Coordinate cross-functional teams including geology, metallurgy, and environmental specialists. Requirements Degree in Engineering, Mining, or Project Management. 15+ years experience delivering mining or processing plant projects. Experience with gold processing plants or tailings retreatment facilities. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing multi-million-dollar mining projects.
