GateSource HR Caraïbe accompagne un client leader sur son marché dans la recherche de candidat(e)s pour un poste de RAF bilingue en Martinique. Le Responsable Administratif et Financier occupe une position-clé de leadership, responsable de garantir des rapports financiers précis, une gestion efficace des équipes financières et administratives, et une conformité aux contrôles internes et aux normes de conformité. Ce rôle implique la gestion des systèmes et processus, la conduite des initiatives de support informatique et la contribution à la prise de décisions stratégiques avec la direction. Responsabilités principales : Gestion financière : Fournir des conseils financiers au Directeur Général et à l'équipe de direction, en veillant à l'alignement avec les contrôles internes du groupe. Superviser la préparation précise et en temps voulu des rapports de gestion mensuels, y compris les prévisions pour les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI). Produire des prévisions fiables pour le mois suivant et l'année à venir pour le portefeuille, les revenus, les dépenses en capital, le flux de trésorerie opérationnel, etc. Garantir le respect des Normes Internationales d'Information Financière (IFRS) et des normes d'audit du groupe. Leadership d'équipe : Gérer et développer le département financier, y compris les fonctions de contrôle de crédit. Soutenir la croissance de l'équipe grâce à des mises à jour des politiques et aux meilleures pratiques alignées sur les exigences du groupe. Superviser les processus d'audit interne et externe. Excellence opérationnelle : Assurer l'intégrité des données financières. Produire des états financiers précis, ainsi que des déclarations fiscales et de TVA conformes aux réglementations locales. Diriger le processus budgétaire annuel. Surveiller et améliorer les flux de processus commerciaux et les politiques liées à la finance. Support informatique : Gérer les fonctions informatiques, y compris le matériel, les logiciels, les téléphones mobiles et les projets systèmes. Requirements Expérience confirmée en gestion financière et leadership d'équipe. Solide compréhension des IFRS, des rapports financiers et des contrôles internes. Compétences exceptionnelles en analyse, organisation et communication. Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec les responsables régionaux et des succursales. Excellentes compétences de communication en français et en anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral. Benefits Véhicule de fonction, salaire de base et bonus annuel.
