En Gatesource HR, buscamos un Superintendente de Mina. El candidato ideal tendrá una amplia experiencia en operaciones de minería subterránea. Este rol es crucial para asegurar la eficiencia y seguridad de las operaciones mineras. Responsabilidades: Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de minería a corto y largo plazo en colaboración con el equipo de ingeniería y geología. Supervisar y coordinar todas las actividades mineras subterráneas, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción y seguridad. Mantener una comunicación constante y efectiva entre Planeación, Operaciones, Geología, Mantenimiento, Seguridad y las empresas contratistas. Convertir los planes de mina en programas operativos claros, con objetivos, responsables, recursos y fechas definidas. Asegurar la ejecución y el seguimiento disciplinado de los planes diarios, semanales, mensuales y anuales. Monitorear el avance de producción, desarrollo, preparación minera, perforación, voladura, acarreo y servicios de mina. Identificar desviaciones frente al plan y establecer oportunamente acciones correctivas. Requirements Título universitario en Ingeniería de Minas o carrera relacionada. Experiencia sólida en operaciones de minería subterránea. Experiencia previa como Superintendente de Mina, Jefe de Mina, Gerente de Operaciones o en una posición similar. Conocimiento de planeación minera y capacidad para interpretar y ejecutar planes de corto, mediano y largo plazo. Experiencia comprobada en administración y supervisión de contratos de servicios mineros. Experiencia trabajando en operaciones donde una parte significativa de las actividades sea ejecutada por contratistas. Benefits Salario competitivo. Bonos basados en el desempeño.
