Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre client, distributeur de marques d'engins de chantier premium un Superviseur Technique pour encadrer une équipe de techniciens et garantir la qualité du service après-vente. Missions: Superviser, coordonner et organiser le travail de l’équipe technique (atelier et interventions extérieures) Apporter un appui technique aux techniciens pour les diagnostics complexes Garantir la qualité des interventions, le respect des délais et des procédures de sécurité Suivre la planification des opérations de maintenance et de réparation Former et accompagner les membres de l’équipe dans leur montée en compétences Être l’interface entre le service commercial, le magasin de pièces, et les clients pour les aspects techniques Participer activement à l’amélioration continue des processus SAV Requirements Formation en mécanique, électromécanique ou maintenance industrielle Expérience réussie en tant que technicien(ne) confirmé(e) ou superviseur dans le secteur des équipements de chantier, agricoles, poids lourds ou industriels Bonnes compétences en hydraulique, électricité embarquée, moteurs thermiques Capacités de leadership, de gestion d’équipe et de communication Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et orientation client Permis B indispensable Benefits CDI, aide au déménagement pour les candidats basés à l'extérieur du territoire.
