GateSource HR busca un Vicepresidente de Minería para liderar el desarrollo de esta línea de negocio dentro de una empresa de maquinaria y soluciones industriales que inicia operaciones en Venezuela. Buscamos un ejecutivo que comprenda las necesidades de las operaciones mineras y pueda construir una propuesta comercial apoyada en equipos, soporte técnico y servicios durante el ciclo de vida de los activos. Principales responsabilidades Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de crecimiento del negocio minero. Liderar los objetivos comerciales y financieros de la línea de negocio. Desarrollar relaciones con compañías mineras, contratistas y cuentas estratégicas. Impulsar oportunidades de maquinaria, repuestos, mantenimiento y soluciones de soporte. Liderar negociaciones y propuestas para proyectos y flotas. Desarrollar el equipo y coordinar la respuesta comercial, técnica y operativa. Requirements Experiencia directiva en maquinaria minera, equipos pesados o servicios para la industria minera. Trayectoria liderando negocios o equipos con responsabilidad por ingresos, márgenes y rentabilidad. Comprensión de la productividad, disponibilidad y costos operativos de las flotas. Capacidad para construir relaciones con ejecutivos y responsables de operaciones mineras. Experiencia desarrollando mercados y equipos en entornos de crecimiento. Benefits Paquete ejecutivo.
