GateSource HR busca un Vicepresidente de Petróleo y Gas para desarrollar y liderar esta línea de negocio dentro de una empresa de equipos y soluciones industriales que inicia operaciones en Venezuela. Buscamos un líder capaz de transformar oportunidades del sector en un negocio sostenible, combinando conocimiento de la industria, visión comercial y capacidad de ejecución. Principales responsabilidades Definir la estrategia de crecimiento para el negocio de petróleo y gas. Liderar su desarrollo comercial y la consecución de objetivos de ingresos, márgenes y rentabilidad. Construir relaciones con operadores, contratistas y empresas de servicios del sector. Desarrollar oportunidades para equipos, motores, sistemas de potencia y servicios asociados. Participar en negociaciones estratégicas y propuestas de alto valor. Construir el equipo y coordinar recursos técnicos, comerciales y de posventa. Requirements Experiencia directiva en petróleo y gas, equipos industriales, motores o servicios técnicos para el sector. Trayectoria liderando una unidad de negocio o función comercial con responsabilidad por resultados financieros. Conocimiento del mercado venezolano y una red sólida de relaciones profesionales.
