Dein Wirkungsfeld

Als AI Consultant [m/w/d] machst Du aus Geschäftsprozessen belastbare Automatisierungs- und KI-Lösungen. Dein Ausgangspunkt ist dabei nicht das Tool, sondern der Prozess. Du analysierst, wie ein Prozess tatsächlich funktioniert, zerlegst ihn in Trigger, Entscheidungen, Datenflüsse, Ausnahmen und Schnittstellen und identifizierst, wo Automatisierung und KI einen messbaren und sinnvollen Mehrwert schaffen. Anschließend übersetzt Du diese Erkenntnisse in robuste Workflows und AI-gestützte Lösungen. Du verbindest Fachbereiche, IT und Management, triffst technische und konzeptionelle Entscheidungen und sorgst dafür, dass aus einer Idee eine produktiv nutzbare Lösung wird.

Deine Aufgaben & Verantwortung

  • Geschäftsprozesse analysieren, strukturieren und Automatisierungspotenziale identifizieren
  • KI- und Workflow-Lösungen mit Tools wie n8n, Make oder Zapier konzipieren und umsetzen
  • Systeme über APIs und JSON verbinden und saubere Datenflüsse sicherstellen
  • LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Tool Calling und Agentic Workflows sinnvoll in Prozesse integrieren
  • Fachliche Anforderungen in klare technische Lösungen übersetzen
  • Lösungen eigenständig von der Idee bis zum produktiven Einsatz verantworten
  • Ergebnisse messen, bestehende Automatisierungen verbessern und skalierbar machen
  • DSGVO, AI Act und Governance-Anforderungen von Beginn an berücksichtigen

Was Du mitbringst

  • Ausgeprägtes Prozessdenken und ein solides Verständnis von Prozessmodellierung
  • Erfahrung mit Low-Code-/No-Code-Automatisierung, idealerweise n8n, Make, Zapier oder Power Automate
  • Gutes Verständnis von BPMN, APIs und Datenstrukturen
  • Praktisches Verständnis von LLMs, Prompt Engineering und LLM-APIs
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit RAG, Tool Calling und Agentic Workflows
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen zu strukturieren und verständlich zwischen Business und IT zu vermitteln
  • Eigenständige, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für Entscheidungen und Ergebnisse zu übernehmen
  • Du misst Deinen Erfolg an Wirkung und Ergebnissen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau) für die Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden
