Dein Wirkungsfeld

  • In dieser Rolle als (Senior) IT Administrator [m/w/d] übernimmst Du technische Verantwortung für die IT-Infrastrukturen unserer Kunden im Raum Hamburg und Schleswig-Holstein.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass Systeme stabil laufen, sauber dokumentiert sind und sinnvoll weiterentwickelt werden.
  • Dabei arbeitest Du eigenständig, strukturiert und in engem Austausch mit Kollegen und Kunden.

Deine Aufgaben & Verantwortung

  • Betrieb, Administration und Weiterentwicklung bestehender IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Planung und Umsetzung neuer Server-, Netzwerk- und Infrastrukturumgebungen
  • Migration von Systemen und Diensten (on-prem / hybrid)
  • Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung komplexer Störungen (3rd Level)
  • Technische Betreuung von Kunden inkl. gelegentlicher Vor-Ort-Einsätze
  • Saubere Dokumentation und strukturierte Übergaben

Was Du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Server-Umgebungen (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Gruppenrichtlinien)
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 / Office 365, AD Connect, ADFS
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Backup-Lösungen (z. B. Veeam, Datto)
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse zur Kundenkommunikation
  • Führerschein Klasse B
