Dein Wirkungsfeld

Als IT-Projektleitung [m/w/d] bei uns trägst du Verantwortung für IT-Infrastrukturprojekte. Von der Erstplanung über die Umsetzung bis zum Go-Live. Du führst ein kleines Team innerhalb der Projekte, koordinierst externe Partner und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden.

Deine Aufgaben & Verantwortung

  • Du leitest eigenverantwortlich IT-Infrastrukturprojekte - von der Ressourcenplanung bis zur Abnahme
  • Projekte werden bei dir termingerecht und im Rahmen des geplanten Budgets abgeschlossen
  • Du planst und steuerst Cloud-Migrationen (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) mit dem Ziel einer verlässlichen Projektfrequenz - Du kennst den Unterschied zwischen einem Plan auf dem Papier und einem, der in der Realität funktioniert
  • Du implementierst DATEV-Lösungen bei unseren Kunden und bist Ansprechpartner für technische und organisatorische Fragen im Projektverlauf
  • Du verantwortest Forecasting und Auslastungsplanung für dein Team
  • Du führst dein Team - das bedeutet: Klare Erwartungen setzen, Entwicklung fördern
  • Du pflegst aktiv die Kundenbeziehung - Kundenzufriedenheit ist für dich kein Nebenprodukt, sondern dein gesetztes Ziel

Was Du mitbringst

  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT-Projektleitung und weißt, wie man komplexe Vorhaben strukturiert, delegiert und steuert
  • On-Premises-IT-Infrastruktur ist für dich kein Fremdwort - du kennst die typischen Herausforderungen und Fallstricke aus der Praxis
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Personalverantwortung und verstehst, dass Führung mehr bedeutet als Zuständigkeit auf dem Organigramm
  • Du kommunizierst klar gegenüber Kunden, Team und Management und verlierst dabei nie den Blick auf Zeitplan und Budget
  • Zertifizierungen wie PMP, PRINCE2 oder CSM / Cloud-Zertifikate (AWS, Azure, GCP) sind ein Plus
  • DATEV-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit Managed Services sowie ERP- oder PSA-Systemen erleichtern den Einstieg
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Compliance und Datenschutz (DSGVO, VdS) sind von Vorteil
