Dein Wirkungsfeld

  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeit als Projektleiter und/oder im Team bei IT-Projekten im Bereich Ivanti Neurons for ITSM & ITAM, optional Ivanti Neurons for Dex
  • Eine Tätigkeit in einem anspruchsvollen, technisch hochqualitativen Systemintegrationsumfeld
  • Beratung und Konzeption von IT Service Management Prozessen in komplexen IT- und Non-IT-Organisationen

Deine Aufgaben & Verantwortung

  • Begleitung des gesamten Projektzyklus: Planung, Konzeption, Implementierung (Pre-Sales-Erfahrung wünschenswert)
  • Second Level Support bei der Lösung komplexer technischer Problemstellungen
  • Betreuung der Kunden im laufenden Betrieb

Was Du mitbringst

Must-have

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik o. ä.) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, mind. 5 Jahre im Systemintegrations-/Ivanti-Umfeld
  • Projekterfahrung, eigenständige Durchführung von IT-Projekten im Ivanti-Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in: Ivanti-Produktumfeld, Windows, Linux, Datenbanken/SQL, Scripting, ITIL, TCP/IP-Netzwerke
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Präsentationsfähigkeit, analytische Fähigkeiten & strategische Denkweise
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, strukturierte eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

Nice-to-have

  • Zertifizierung Ivanti Neurons for ITSM & ITAM (Service Management)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT Service Management und Beratung
