Dein Wirkungsfeld

  • Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich den Vertriebsinnen- und -außendienst und bist erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden in allen Fragen rund um Hard- und Software - ob per E-Mail, telefonisch, via Microsoft Teams oder direkt vor Ort.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem technischen Team erstellst du passgenaue Angebote und sorgst dafür, dass Kundenanfragen zuverlässig erfasst und betreut werden
  • Gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung entwickelst du Vertriebsstrategien und setzt sie auch um.

Was Du mitbringst

  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen, technischen oder dienstleistungsorientierten Bereich mit zum Beispiel in der IT, Telekommunikation, im Einzelhandel oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mit MS Office gehst du sicher um und bringst idealerweise technisches Grundverständnis sowie erste Kenntnisse in Hard- und Software, Netzwerken oder Cloud-Lösungen mit
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Warenwirtschafts- oder Ticketsystemen sind ein Plus
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
  • Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstärke gehören für dich einfach dazu
  • Für Kundentermine vor Ort bringst du einen Führerschein der Klasse B mit
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau runden dein Profil ab
