Service und Support im IT-Bereich umfassen anspruchsvolle und vielfältige Aufgaben.

Dein Wirkungsfeld

  • Du übernimmst den Vertriebsinnen- und Außendienst
  • Du berätst Kunden in den Bereichen Hard- und Software
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Technik erstellst Du Angebote
  • Du betreust die Retouren- und Garantie-Abwicklung
  • Du erfasst und verantwortest die Kundenanfragen
  • In Deiner Tätigkeit führst Du die Daten- und Preispflege durch
  • In Absprache mit der Geschäftsführung entwickelst und setzt Du Vertriebsstrategien um

Was Du mitbringst

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen, technischen oder serviceorientierten Bereich zum Beispiel in der IT, Telekommunikation, im Einzelhandel, in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie oder bringst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
  • Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um und verfügst idealerweise über ein gutes technisches Verständnis sowie erste Berührungspunkte mit Hard- und Software, Netzwerken, Servern, Storage oder Cloud-Lösungen
  • Idealerweise bist Du im Umgang mit Warenwirtschafts- und Ticketsystemen erfahren
  • Dich zeichnet eine eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, zeigst Eigeninitiative und bist kommunikativ
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Sprachliche Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau (Gemeinsamer Europäischer Referenzrahmen für Sprachen, GER)
