Dein Wirkungsfeld

Aufgeschlossen, serviceorientiert und stets professionell - so präsentierst Du dich wenn Du unseren Kunden bei auftretenden Problemen zur Seite stehst – ob telefonisch, remote oder vor Ort. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit deinen Kollegen und den Kunden zusammen und hast dabei ein breites technisches Aufgabengebiet. Das umfasst auch die Betreuung der Rechenzentren und der dazugehörenden Infrastruktur.

Was Du mitbringst

  • Berufserfahrung im Technischen IT-Support / IT-Techniker [m/w/d]
  • Kenntnisse in der Windows-Administration (Server/Clients) , Active Directory, Terminalserver sowie der Netzwerkkonfiguration
  • Wünschenswert: Erfahrung in der Virtualisierung z.B. mittels VMware, Proxmox oder Hyper-V
  • Gute analytische Fähigkeiten, um sich in kundenindividuelle Anwendungen hineinzudenken
  • Ein hohes Maß an Dokumentationsbereitschaft
  • Eine ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Führerschein Klasse B (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Sprachliche Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau (Gemeinsamer Europäischer Referenzrahmen für Sprachen, GER)
