Dein Wirkungsfeld

In dieser Rolle bist du der technische Brückenbauer zwischen komplexen Kundenanforderungen und unseren Enterprise-Lösungen. Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Validierung von Lösungsarchitekturen in den Bereichen Automation, Observability und Network Monitoring. Deine Arbeit entscheidet mit, ob unsere Kunden ihre IT-Infrastruktur sicher, effizient und zukunftsorientiert betreiben können. Du trägst direkte Verantwortung für den Erfolg von Proof of Concepts, technischen Workshops und der Integration neuer Technologien in bestehende Landschaften. Dein Beitrag ermöglicht es MAXXYS, sich als kompetenter Partner für hochkomplexe IT-Umgebungen zu positionieren und Kundenerfolge messbar zu liefern.

Deine Aufgaben & Verantwortung

  • Analyse komplexer Kundenumgebungen und Ableitung konkreter technischer Anforderungen
  • Entwicklung von Lösungsarchitekturen in den Bereichen Automation, Observability und Network Monitoring sowie Entscheidungsfindung bei Technologiefragen
  • Durchführung technischer Workshops, Präsentationen und Demos; Übernahme der Verantwortung für erfolgreiche Proof of Concepts
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Integration von Enterprise-Softwarelösungen in Kundensystemen
  • Lösung komplexer technischer Problemstellungen durch eigenständige Ursachenanalyse und Troubleshooting
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern, Kunden und internen Consultants zur Sicherstellung nahtloser Prozesse
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Demo-, Test- und Lab-Umgebungen zur Validierung neuer Technologien
  • Kontinuierliche Einarbeitung in neue Technologien und Produkte sowie Transfer des Wissens in die Praxis

Was Du mitbringst

Muss-Kriterien

  • Fundierte technische Kenntnisse im IT-Umfeld mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell zu verstehen
  • Erfahrung mit größeren oder komplexen Enterprise-IT-Umgebungen
  • Freude an Troubleshooting und technischer Ursachenanalyse
  • Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Klare Kommunikation im Umgang mit technischen Ansprechpartnern und Kunden
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Technisches Grundwissen idealerweise in mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: Linux/Windows Server, Netzwerke (TCP/IP, Routing, DNS, Firewalls, Proxies), APIs/Systemintegration (REST), Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python), Virtualisierung/Container, Datenbanken, Monitoring/Observability/IT-Automation

Kann-Kriterien

  • Erfahrung mit Broadcom Automic Automation, AppNeta oder DX NetOps
  • Kenntnisse in anderen Enterprise-Automation- oder Workload-Automation-Lösungen
  • Erfahrung mit Netzwerk-Monitoring oder Application Performance Monitoring
  • Kenntnisse in Kubernetes, Cloud-Technologien, VMware/VMware Cloud Foundation
  • Erfahrung mit Kafka oder anderen Event-Streaming-Technologien
  • Erfahrung mit hybriden IT-Landschaften
  • Hinweis: Wir legen keinen Wert auf reine Produktzertifizierungen, sondern auf deine Fähigkeit, dich selbstständig in unbekannte Themen einzuarbeiten und Probleme durch tiefes Verständnis zu lösen
