Als Finanzbuchhalter / Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Funktion in unserem Finance-Team. Sie stellen durch präzise, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeit die ordnungsgemäße Abwicklung der laufenden Buchhaltungsprozesse sicher. Sie unterstützen Abschlüsse, digitalisieren und automatisieren interne Abläufe und tragen damit wesentlich zur finanziellen Transparenz und Stabilität der GBG Forschungs GmbH bei.

Die Mission

Ihre Mission ist es, die Buchhaltung nicht nur als korrekte Erfassung von Geschäftsvorfällen zu verstehen: Sie erkennen die Zusammenhänge zwischen GuV, Bilanz und Cashflow, analysieren Auffälligkeiten und tragen mit verlässlichen Finanzanalysen zur wirtschaftlichen Steuerung der GBG Forschungs GmbH bei.

Die Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Verbuchung der Bankauszüge, Kassenbelege und Kreditkartenabrechnungen
  • Prüfung und Abrechnung der Reisekosten
  • Pflege der Anlagenbuchhaltung inkl. Leasingbilanzierung
  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Unterstützung bei Finanzanalysen, Reportings und Planungsprozessen
  • Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungsprojekten und Automatisierung im Finance-Bereich
  • Übernahme von Sonderprojekten mit direkter Berichtslinie zum CFO

Was wir erwarten

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Finanzbuchhalter, Bilanzbuchhalter, Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung oder einer Steuerkanzlei
  • Sicherer Umgang mit HGB; Kenntnisse in IFRS sind von Vorteil
  • Gutes Verständnis von finanzwirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen (z.B. Bilanz, GuV, Cashflow)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in DATEV oder vergleichbaren Softwareapplikationen
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen (insbes. Excel)
  • Hohe digitale Affinität und Interesse an Automatisierung sowie dem sinnvollen Einsatz moderner Technologien und KI im Finance-Bereich
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Zahlenaffinität und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
