Deine Aufgaben

Als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in unserer Finanzbuchhaltung wirst du mit 20 bis 25 Std./Woche Teil eines engagierten Finanzteams, das die international ausgerichtete GBTEC-Gruppe in allen Aspekten des Rechnungswesens und der Finanzbuchhaltung unterstützt. Du verantwortest die Buchungsfälle im Haupt- und Nebenbuch, unterstützt bei Reisekostenabrechnungen sowie dem Zahlungsverkehr und bist Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder. In unserem dynamischen und wachsenden Unternehmen hast du die Möglichkeit, die Finanzabteilung aktiv mitzugestalten und trägst so maßgeblich zum nationalen wie auch internationalen Wachstum GBTECs bei.

  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von sämtlichen Buchungsfällen (Haupt- und Nebenbuch)
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Verarbeitung elektronischer Buchungen und Sicherstellung der Datenqualität
  • Pflege und Abstimmung der Kreditorenkonten und -stammdaten
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung der Reisekostenabrechnungen
  • Ansprechpartner für Prüfer, Berater, Behörden sowie andere interne und externe Stakeholder
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen in der Finanzbuchhaltung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit steuerlichem Schwerpunkt, oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen / Steuern
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und im Rechnungswesen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach HGB
  • Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und modernen Kollaborationstools
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative und einem ausgeprägten Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
