Deine Aufgaben

Als Senior Produktmanager (m/w/d)verantwortest du die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkt- und AI-Agent-Plattform. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Marketing und unseren Kunden analysierst du Markttrends, Kundenanforderungen sowie technologische Innovationen und leitest daraus zukunftsweisende Produktstrategien und Lösungen ab. Dabei gestaltest du aktiv Themen wie KI-Monetarisierung, Paketierung und Preisgestaltung mit und entwickelst dich selbst fachlich wie persönlich stetig weiter. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt deiner Rolle liegt auf dem Aufbau und der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung einer leistungsfähigen Produktplattform, die von allen Lösungen genutzt wird. Damit schaffst du die Grundlage für skalierbare Innovationen und befähigst unsere Teams, hochwertige Lösungen noch effizienter, schneller und kundenorientierter zu gestalten.

  • Du verantwortest die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkt- und AI-Agent-Plattform
  • Du analysierst Markttrends, Kundenanforderungen und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen und leitest daraus innovative Produktinitiativen ab
  • Du definierst Plattform- und Produktstandards, um Skalierbarkeit, Wiederverwendbarkeit und eine konsistente User Experience über alle Lösungen hinweg sicherzustellen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, Marketing, Customer Success und Entwicklung zusammen und übersetzt Marktanforderungen in erfolgreiche Produktlösungen
  • Du identifizierst Potenziale für neue Features, Produkte und KI-gestützte Anwendungsfälle und begleitest diese von der Idee bis zur Markteinführung
  • Du verantwortest die Erstellung von Business Cases, Marktanalysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für strategische Produktentwicklungen

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie praktische Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung wünschenswert
  • Begeisterung für Software, AI-Agenten und Low-Code/No-Code Plattformen
  • Kenntnisse im agilen Projektumfeld mit Fokus auf Multi-Team-Scrum sind wünschenswert
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer der folgenden Industrien: BPM, EAM oder ESM
  • Umfangreiches Know-how über die Gestaltung von nutzerzentriertem Design
  • Analytische Denkweise, ausgeprägte Teamorientierung sowie Hands-on-Mentalität mit hoher Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
