Deine Aufgaben

Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Consulting – Business Process Management und Teil unserer „Process Factory“unterstützt Du das Berater-Team in Bochum bei der Prozessmanagementberatung unserer zahlreichen Kunden. Damit bewegst Du Dich in einem strategisch wichtigen Bereich unseres Unternehmens und hilfst uns, unseren Professional Service Bereich weiter auszubauen. Als Teamplayer bist Du Teil eines motivierten und stark wachsenden Teams und bist bereit, Aufgaben eigenständig zu übernehmen.

  • Fachliche Anwenderbetreuung und die Aufnahme von Geschäftsprozessen mithilfe unserer GBTEC-Produkte
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen unserer Kunden im Rahmen eines Ticketmanagements
  • Analyse und Verwaltung von Daten sowie die Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Kundenterminen
  • Begleitung unserer erfahrenen Consultants bei spannenden Kundenprojekten mit abwechslungsreichen BPM-Tätigkeiten
  • Übernahme eigener Verantwortung in Projekten oder Teil-Projekten
  • Erlernen von Prozessen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen sowie von verschiedensten Kunden
  • Erlangen eines tiefen Einblicks in die facettenreiche Praxis einer Beratertätigkeit

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreiches Studium der BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Vergleichbares
  • Interesse an der Prozessmodellierung und am Prozessmanagement
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen mit BPM-Tools (z.B. GBTEC Platform, Signavio, ARIS, Visio etc.) sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office – insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Bestenfalls erste Kenntnisse im Einsatz KI‑basierter Technologien sowie im Umgang mit Microsoft Power Apps
  • Starke Affinität zur Informationstechnologie sowie eine hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und ein sicheres überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Zuverlässige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und eine ausgesprochene Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit (Deutsch und Englisch)
